From Edmonton to Texas: Roshni’s Journey to Becoming a U.S. RN

We’re thrilled to share the story of Roshni, a dedicated nurse who is now heading to Texas to begin her next chapter as a Registered Nurse in the United States.

Roshni had already passed the NCLEX but, like many internationally educated nurses in Canada, she faced limited job opportunities and a highly competitive market. When she connected with our team, she was eager to explore her options in the U.S. — and that’s where our partnership began.

From licensing support to visa guidance, we worked closely with Roshni every step of the way.
