Why Nurse Heroes?

How Nurse Heroes Makes an Impact
Nurse Heroes focuses on increasing awareness and raising funds to support educational programs that train the next generation of nurses, nurse practitioners, and nurse educators. By expanding scholarship opportunities, the organization helps open doors for individuals who aspire to enter the profession and ensures that healthcare systems can continue to rely on skilled, compassionate caregivers for decades to come.
Beyond financial support, Nurse Heroes celebrates the talent, dedication, and humanity of nurses through the arts. From celebrity-supported concerts to monthly art competitions and performances by the acclaimed Nurse Heroes Choir, the organization uses creativity and storytelling to elevate the voices and experiences of nurses around the world. The choir—originally formed with nurses from Northwell Health—has gone on to perform on national stages such as America’s Got Talent, Carnegie Hall, the Time Person of the Year Awards, and the White House.
