Referral Policy

We value your recommendations! If you refer a friend or colleague to us, you may be eligible for a referral bonus.

How it works:

• The referral bonus amount will be determined and agreed upon with you in writing before you make the referral.

• Referral bonuses are only paid once the referred candidate has joined and remained in post for 90 days.

• If the candidate leaves within the 90-day period or on the 90th day, no referral bonus will be paid.

• To receive your bonus, you must provide us with a valid invoice. Payment will be made within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

• Referral bonuses are discretionary and are paid one time only.

• If the referred candidate is already in our database, we will notify you, and no referral bonus will be paid.
